Rafting: when sport becomes an adventure

Even if football will be the sport of the summer, because of the World Cup in the Americas, the hot season will offer the chance to try some particular sports. Not only sports fans, but also those interested in betting will be following the tournament closely, to try to predict the winning team. Given how difficult the choice is, they might want to consider taking advantage of the bonuses and offers recommended by comparison sites, such as the latest betfair free bet offers, to simplify their betting and wagering even when they are out in the wild or on a beach, busy with adrenaline-filled summer sports.

Rafting is a great way to experience an adrenaline rush. Group rafting gives you the chance to bond with friends or family while immersing yourself in breathtaking natural landscapes. You can also travel in smaller rafts for one or two people.

From easier going meandering rivers to high speed white water trips, rafting allows you to be fully immersed in nature and doing something fun, too.

Ever felt like flying? Try kitesurfing

Kitesurfing is a very good way to challenge oneself and relieve stress. There is a wide community of people who love to kite all around the world, and they speak highly of how cool it is to exercise the whole body and experience a strong connection with nature.

The enthusiasts consider this activity a true culture and underline how, once the kitesurfer gets the hang of riding the board and controlling the kite, it literally feels like flying over the surface of the water, which is a feeling that you can’t have in any other sport.

Out on the water, the kitesurfer must be completely present in the moment: He or she must coordinate eyes, hands, and legs, and while the surfer does that, he or she can clear his or her mind from daily worries and enjoy a rare mind flow where focus engages with wind and sun to create an original state of mind very difficult to experience in other moments. Kitesurfing is suitable for experienced windsurfers because it needs some preparation: It’s not as easy as it may seem to the watcher.

SUP, the activity to freely enjoy the sea

Stand-up paddleboarding, or SUP, is a growing trend and can be enjoyed on lakes, lochs and the sea. You need good strength, especially core muscles, and balance to stand up on a board but the rewards are seeing the water – and beneath the water from a great height. If you can’t quite stand up, try kneeling or sitting down on the board.

The International Surfing Association reckons SUP is the world’s fastest-growing water sport, and the reason why they did it is that everyone, everywhere, is trying it.

Which os these three sports do you fancy trying this summer?
