February 08 2018

The Scottish Cycling, Running and Outdoors Show is including a popular triathlon challenge again. This is your chance to win the title of SCROPS  Triathlon Champion 2018.

The triathlon challenge is simple (but tough):

  • Swim for seven minutes against a steady current in our a hydro training pool.
  • Ride as far as you can on the show’s indoor exercise bike in seven minutes.
  • Run as far as you can on a treadmill in seven minutes.

The transitions between the sports are ket to a minimum and there is no time to dry off after the swim. You’ll be taking on the challenge like  pro.

Why not sign up to see if you can beat least year’s distances – and be in with a chance of winning some great daily prizes, as well as an overall prize for top male and female of the weekend.
