Trail run, Kilpatrick hills, near Glasgow

Written by Fiona

November 06 2015

One of my favourite hill runs at any time of the year is via Cochno, near Bearsden, north of Glasgow, and over the Kilpatrick hills. It’s one of many great walking and running routes in these accessible hills.

This video follows my shadow (and Wispa the Wonder Whippet) on a run of about six miles. It’s a late on a beautiful autumn day and the sun casts some wonderful shadows. (I have been enjoying my shadow photos and videos this year!).
