Greg Boswell: Senja – climbing tales from Norway comes to Fort William on January 29. The event is hosted by Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports at St Mary’s Hall, Belford, Fort William, from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.

During an eight-day trip to Senja Island on the north west coast of Norway last winter, Grivel athlete Greg Boswell and fellow climber Jeff Mercier climbed seven new routes, three of which were on unclimbed mountain faces and all were home to some of the most breath-taking views of the Norwegian fjords and Northern Lights.

The event offers an insight into the stories of success and near disaster as the duo pushed themselves to the limit in this winter climber’s paradise.
