Join fitness fun event in Glasgow

Gordon Cunningham, a friend on Facebook, is taking part in a charity trek to Mt Everest Basecamp next month. He is aiming to raise £15,000 for two charities, Snowdrop and Road to Recovery, and so far has almost £8,500 in pledges.

He wants to boost the fund-raising target and this Saturday (April 25) he is hosting a fitness fun event at Glasgow Caledonian Arc.

The fitness class costs £10 per person and will include bodyweight exercises, partner exercises, yoga and a surprise twist.

The participants will head to Activ Studios afterwards for refreshments and some amazing bakery products, which will be provided for a small donation contribution.

See Activ Tailored Fitness for more details and to sign up. I think the weather will be less summery this Saturday so it might be the perfect time to head indoors for a fitness session.

The aim is to get 100 people to the event. If you can’t make it please do think about donating to the very worthwhile causes. See Just Giving
