New Year Day fun outdoors

Written by Fiona January 04 2014

What did you do on New Year’s Day? Did you make it outdoors for a walk or a run? I chose to walk a very wet and windy Munro at Dalmally on New Year’s Eve instead. And then enjoyed a shorter stroller along the coastal headland on Seil Island, near Oban on New Year’s Day. My column in the Sunday Mail reveals how other – braver and more determined – people spent their New Year’s Day. See  18 (4) and 19 (4).  Happy New Year to you all – and here’s to an even more outdoorsy 2014.
