In my Sunday Mail outdoors column this week I wrote about Trig Bagging. This is the pursuit of ticking off trig points that you find on the tops of many hills. Trigs – or triangulation points – formed part of the original OS mapping system. Now GPS has taken over but many trig points are still standing and make a great goal to reach because they’re distributed across so many different sizes of hills and mountains. Read the pfd here
